Cross-Sector Collaboration

The Impact Coalition develops and supports initiatives that foster collaboration across sectors—including industry, nonprofit, and government—to address poverty at individual, organizational, community, and policy levels.

Employer Resource Networks® (ERN®) are public-private partnerships in which under-resourced employees receive support in removing barriers to getting to and staying at work. Employers, in turn, are stabilized via reduced turnover.
